3. Order Cancellation

Orders that have not been paid can be cancelled at any time without penalty. Simply do not complete the payment process.

3.2 After Payment, Before Delivery

If payment has been made but diamonds have not yet been delivered:

3.3 After Delivery

Once diamonds have been delivered to your Mango Live account, cancellation is not possible as digital goods cannot be retrieved once credited.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Eligible Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Failed Delivery: If diamonds cannot be delivered due to system errors
  • Wrong Amount: If fewer diamonds than purchased were delivered
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same order
  • Invalid Account: If the provided Mango Live ID is invalid and delivery is impossible

4.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Successfully delivered diamonds (digital goods are non-returnable)
  • Incorrect Mango Live ID provided by the customer (customer error)
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind after delivery
  • Mango Live account issues unrelated to our service
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

4.3 Refund Process
